The first of it's kind!
The independent User Group for Amazon Connect broke new ground on 13th June 2024 at the London Stadium, which brought together the first group of Consumers, Partners, SME's and New Adopters to discuss all things Amazon Connect

An initial view on the emerging themes the user group are keen to understand and learn more about. During the day, a few more themes came to light which will be added to this list.

The event had a different approach focusing on open table interaction rather than presentation. Using the More, Better, Less, Different structure.

It was great to have the support and engagement from the AWS team.

We have started small, however now want to grow and expand the User group membership and attendance. Please register your interest and we will be in touch

Following feedback we are now starting to plan for future independent user group for Amazon Connect events not only in the UK but in other regions.
